Park Asterix is a theme amusement park in France, based on the stories of Asterix and Obelix. Situated approximately 35 km north of Paris in Plailly in the department of Oise, it opened in 1989. The park offers its visitors an excellent mixture of rides, shows, and cartoon characters. In all there are 28 main attractions, so you’ll be hard pushed to fit everything in during a one day visit.
